24/7 Services recently completed a commercial Sewer project in Lincolnwood, IL after heavy rainfall caused significant standing water on the property and submerged multiple storm sewer manholes. Our team was called in to investigate the drainage problem, remove accumulated debris, and determine what was preventing the storm sewer system from draining properly.

Although we could not completely clear the blockage during this service, we located and marked its approximate location. Our inspection also identified potential damage to the underground sewer pipe caused by a tree and its root system located directly above the sewer line.
Pinpointing the obstruction and potential pipe damage gives the property owner valuable information to plan the next phase of the repair without unnecessarily excavating other areas of the property.
