A homeowner recently contacted 24/7 Services for Electric in Oak Brook, IL after a storm damaged the home’s electrical riser and meter box. The project also required coordinating electrical equipment with an upcoming siding installation.
Our electricians repaired the damaged electrical riser and meter box, restoring the affected components of the home’s electrical system.
As part of the project, we relocated the transfer switch and meter to provide the necessary clearance for the homeowner’s siding installation. Careful placement of this equipment allowed the siding work to move forward while maintaining proper generator operation.
The team repositioned and configured the electrical equipment so the generator could continue functioning properly throughout the siding project. This helped the homeowner address the storm damage while preparing the home’s exterior for additional improvements.
