A homeowner recently contacted 24/7 Services for Plumbing in Skokie, IL during an emergency after-hours call involving an active mainline backup. During the service, our team also discovered a small crack in the toilet piping that required repair.
Our plumbers returned to remove the damaged section of piping and the old toilet flange. We installed new PVC piping along with a new PVC flange to provide a secure, reliable connection for the toilet.
The mainline also required extensive rodding to address the backup. Our team rodded the line for an extended period and removed a significant amount of roots that had entered the sewer line and restricted flow.
After clearing the roots, we televised the mainline to inspect its condition and check for additional problems. The line appeared to be in good condition following the cleaning. We then tested both the toilet and mainline and confirmed that everything was working and draining properly.
24/7 Services has built an outstanding online reputation backed by customer reviews from homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area. From emergency plumbing calls and mainline backups to drain rodding and plumbing repairs, our team is ready to help when problems arise.
